Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Harvey Cedars, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The project involves providing all labor, material and equipment to furnish and install landscaping throughout the park and includes various varieties of shrubs, trees. switchgrass, preparation of planting beds with soil and mulch ground cover. In addition, the installation of approximately 150 LF of four (4) foot wide sidewalk. A BID BOND drawn to the order of the Borough of Harvey Cedars in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the amount of the Bid, but no more than $20,000.00, must be submitted with the proposal as BID SECURITY, pursuant to Local Public Contract Law The Borough of Harvey Cedars reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any and all bids Question Deadline 10/11/2024 Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to the Engineer, and endorsed as "2024 LANDSCAPING ATSUNSETPARK, BOROUGH OF HARVEY CEDARS", and for consideration must be received at least five (5) working days prior to the date fixed for the opening of the BIDS
