Site work and paving for a civil project in Harvey Cedars, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project includes approximately 876 tons of hot mix asphalt top course, 4863 SY DGA base course, 730 tons intermediate course paving and three (3) Type "E" inlets, 225 LF 8-inch PVC storm pipe and all restoration including road restriping, driveway and stone restoration. A BID BOND drawn to the order of the Borough of Harvey Cedars in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the amount of the Bid, but no more than $20,000.00, must be submitted with the proposal as BID SECURITY, pursuant to Local Public Contract Law (LPC) 40A:11-21. Bids may be submitted by mail or in person at any time prior to the time for receiving and opening the same. The Borough of Harvey Cedars reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any and all bids.
