Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Harvey Cedars, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
SFY 2025 Long Beach Boulevard Downtown Streetscape Project - Phase 3 The project involves downtown streetscape improvements including clearing site, 980 LF concrete curb, 462 SY concrete/brick paver sidewalk, 838 SY milling, dense grade aggregate, 150 tons hot mix asphalt, 30 LF 12-inch, 14-inch and 18-inch storm pipe, six (6) drainage structures, handicap warning surfaces, one (1) decorative light pole, conduit, wiring, pavement striping, landscaping and stone surface and all required site restoration to complete the project. Please note, the project completion date is October 31, 2025 and there is a seasonal restriction on construction from June 28, 2025 to September 5, 2025. A BID BOND drawn to the order of the Borough of Harvey Cedars in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the amount of the Bid, but no more than $20,000.00, must be submitted with the proposal as BID SECURITY, pursuant to Local Public Contract Law (LPC) 40A:11-21. The Borough of Harvey Cedars reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any and all bids.
