Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Harvey Cedars, New Jersey. Completed plans call civil work for a road / highway and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project involves downtown streetscape improvements including clearing site, 480 LF concrete curb, 225 SY concrete/brick paver sidewalk, 650 SY milling, dense grade aggregate, 200 tons hot mix asphalt, 237 LF 12-inch storm pipe, two (2) drainage structures, handicap warning surfaces, pavement striping, landscaping and stone surface and all required site restoration to complete the project. Question Deadline 10/29/2026 Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to the Engineer, and endorsed as "SFY 2026 LONG BEACH BOULEVARD DOWNTOWN STREETSCAPE PROJECT-PHASE 4, BOROUGH OF HARVEY CEDARS", and for consideration must be received at least five (5) working days prior to the date fixed for the opening of the BIDS. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
