Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Eagle Point, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of Sept. 24, 2021, the project was awarded to Commsurf Pro. The project start date is to be determined, but the completion date will hopefully be by 9/30/21. This project is not subject to prevailing wage A brief description of the scope of work is provided below: Crack Seal, Seal Coat, Striping Proposers must be listed on a plan holders list by contacting the City of Eagle Point. Any addenda will be issued to interested parties listed on the plan holders list. Interested parties must prequalify with the City of Eagle Point prior to the deadline for receiving proposals. This contract is for public work and is subject to provisions of ORS. 279C.800 to 279C.870 regarding prevailing wage rates. Licensing under ORS 468A.720 is not required. The City of Eagle Point is seeking proposals for work at the Chamberlain Park Parking Lots (off Crystal Drive and Karic Way), and the Harnish Wayside Park Parking Lot. The work involves crack sealing the existing pavement, seal coating, and restriping of the parking and handicap spaces. Please provide an estimate for each of the three (3) park parking lots (Harnish, Chamberlain - Crystal, and Chamberlain - Karic) with a breakdown of each of the following: o Crack Sealing - linear foot o Seal Coating - square foot o Striping - Lump Sum Each parking lot may be closed up to 24 hours for the seal coat. Harnish Wayside Parking Lot may be separated into two parking areas for staging of the seal coat. Striping is to be completed within seven (7) calendar days after seal coating is completed. The parking lots may not be closed Friday, Saturday, or Sundays.
