Additives Pertain to This Project. Wage Rates: Apply Engineer's Estimate: Greater than $1.5M but less than or equal to $3M (QUALIFIED HEALTH INSURANCE REQUIRED) Project Location: SR-196 MP 24.00 to SR-199 MP 8.04 The principal items of work are as follows (for all items of work see attachment): Chip Seal Coat, Type II Emulsified Asphalt CRS-2P Pavement Marking Paint The project is to be completed: to be determined by competitive bid Each bidder must submit an electronic bid bond from an approved surety company using UDOT's Electronic Bid System (EBS); or in lieu thereof, cash, certified check, or cashier's check for not less than 5% of the total amount of the bid, made payable to the Utah Department of Transportation, showing evidence of good faith and a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the bidder will execute the contract and furnish the contract bonds as required.
