PROJECT CONSISTS OF: This work includes, but is not limited to, project mobilization and demobilization, project management and oversight, and removal of waste generated during performance of the work. The work includes supplying all labor, materials, and equipment necessary and required to construct a one stall shop addition, with office and restroom, onto an existing three stall garage, and renovate the existing garage. Renovations include a new roof and siding to match the addition, along with new overhead doors and personnel doors, upgrading electrical and fire notification systems. Included work will be general construction work, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and civil work. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
