Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Eddyville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 12,986-square-foot library; for the addition of a library; for site work for a library; water / sewer project; and for the demolition of a library.

This project consists of the replacement of selected HVAC components and exterior lighting fixtures at the existing library building as a base bid as well as the construction of additions to the existing building at two locations as separate alternate bids. The work scope of these additions includes, but is not necessarily limited to: reinforced concrete footings, foundations, and floor slabs, single-wythe CMU walls, stone masonry veneer, steel bar joists, metal roof decking, TPO roofing, painting, EIFS, plumbing, ventilation, lighting, power, storm water, earthwork, and supporting utility improvements for sanitary sewer, water, and electrical systems. A maximum of two sets may be obtained by refundable deposit. Additional sets over two may be purchased for $400.00 with no refund. A nonrefundable amount of $50.00 payable to Paducah Blueprint and Supply Company.
