Sealed Proposals will be received by the Lyon County Fiscal Court at the Lyon County Courthouse for a routine maintenance contract on the HVAC system at the Lyon County Judicial Center. The system may be inspected Monday through Friday 8:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Bid shall be submitted on a form signed in ink and sealed in an envelope conspicuously marked “HVAC Contract” and the name of the bidder. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals or any part of thereof, and to make award in any manner deemed to be in the best interest of Lyon County
