**As of August 25th,2025, the project was awarded to Jim Smith Contracting but the awarded amount is not available.** Port Authority Road Repaving Project The Eddyville Riverport & Industrial Development Authority (ERIDA) is soliciting sealed bids for the repaving of approximately 4,500 linear feet of Port Authority Road in Eddyville, KY. Work includes asphalt resurfacing, entrance widening at KY Hwy 93, and installation of two-foot gravel shoulders on both sides. All work must comply with the current KYTC Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, including all applicable supplements. A 5% bid bond or certified check is required. A 100% performance bond will be required from the selected contractor within 10 days of award. ERIDA reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
