As of June 30, 2023, a consultant has been awarded and all services have been completed. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Village would like to hire a consultant to investigate the cause of several problems in the Public Safety Building at 45 E Center Avenue, provide a cost-benefit analysis of the various options, and recommend the most cost-effective solution(s). All questions regarding this RFP shall be directed to Mike Croak, Building Codes Supervisor, via e-mail at mcroak@lakebluff.org. Verbal responses and/or representations shall not be binding on the Village. The Village reserves the right to amend the RFP by written addendum prior to the final proposal submittal date. The Village reserves the right to cancel this request for proposals at any time, to elect not to award the work listed, to reject any or all responses, to waive any informality or irregularity in any response, to negotiate without further process any contract, and to make such inquiries as it deems necessary to evaluate any Vendors qualifications and reputation. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
