Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Rothesay, New Brunswick. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Construction of a new wastewater treatment plant on the site of the existing Fairvale Lagoon treatment facilities. TIMELINE: Plans are complete. Owner is awaiting provincial approvals to construction. Project will proceed in 2 packages - one for advance site works and another for main works. Further update may be confirmed fall 2026. Project is jointly funded by the municipality, the province and the federal government. Funding has been approved through the "Canada-New Brunswick Integrated Bilateral Agreement for Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program". The consultant completed preliminary design work.
