Construction documents detail the planned, anticipated areas of work within each geographical area and the anticipated contract year of work. Bids will be based on the lowest cost, technically acceptable bid for all work. After award of the IDIQ contract, specific task orders may be issued, on an anticipated, annual basis and based on the bid unit prices. The contract year noted in the plans is based on anticipation of funding by the United States Air Force, within the contract year that AFFS has with the Air Force that has a performance period of April 1st thru March 31st. The contract year is based on the date of award of specific task orders with Arctic Slope Regional Corporation - Field Services (AFFS) and the funding provided the Air Force. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Airfield - rubber removal from runways, paint removal and pavement marking repainting on taxiways and apron as shown on plans; or as directed by Construction Manager and/or Project Engineer. Base Streets and Parking Lots (Some areas are located in the Airfield District) - remove pavement markings and repaint streets and parking areas as shown on plans; or as directed by Construction Manager and/or Project Engineer. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Project will be a single line item contract with an additional contract for four (4) follow-on Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) years. Contract Year is a specific time period for AFFS from April 1 thru March 31 of the following calendar year. CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS: The Contractor awarded will need to provide information to have business set up for payment. Also will need to fill out forms for Reps & Certs, W-9, & Authorization Agreement For Vendor Automatic Electronic Funds Transfer.
