Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Dunedin, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 19,168-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

The work generally consists of the following: This project provides for conversion of approximately a 29,790 square foot single story office building into a Park Maintenance Facility (Parks Operations Building). The conversion will affect approximately 19,168 square feet of the existing building. The rest of the building will remain as office space. Exterior features include site fencing, onsite pads for storage sheds, outside wash rack/pad, generator, and other work indicated in the Drawings and Specifications. All contractor Requests For Information (RFI) must be submitted ten (10) days before the bid opening, to Chuck Ankney, CPPO, Purchasing Agent, at cankney@dunedinfl.net, prior to 2:00 p.m., local time. The City will not respond to RFI's submitted after that date. The City will process the requests and respond within a timely manner. In addition, the proposals must be marked with the bidder's name and address and be accepted by the Purchasing Office by the time and date specified above. No proposal may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days without the consent of the City. Any bid received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. The City of Dunedin, Florida reserves the right to reject any and all bids received, to waive any irregularities or informalities, to readvertise and to award the Contract in its best interest. Bids which are incomplete or which are not submitted in accordance with instructions in the invitation may be disqualified.
