The purpose of the project is to contract with a properly licensed contractor qualified to furnish and install all equipment, labor and materials necessary to complete the work. The work will be performed on Edgewater Dr and Causeway Blvd, Dunedin, FL. The location of the project is reference on the Plan Sheets The work includes, but is not limited to brick patterned pavement marking, 24" stop bar with white thermoplastic, furnish and install post & signage, and maintenance of traffic. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond drawn in favor of the City of Dunedin in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. Bids shall be prepared in the same format as listed in the specifications and remain firm for a period of 90 calendar days. The City reserves the right to accept those bids which are in the best interest of the City; to waive informalities; or to reject any or all bids. Bids which are incomplete or which are not submitted in accordance with these instructions and specifications may be disqualified. The design of this project was completed by the owner's in-house design professional.
