The work includes, but is not limited to, clearing and grubbing, limited excavation/embankment, removal of existing concrete curbing and asphalt pavement, new concrete curb, patterned pavement crosswalks with in-road solar powered light assemblies, concrete sidewalk and driveways, architectural pavers in both road and sidewalk areas, performance turf, signage, pavement markings and maintenance of traffic and the installation of paver bricks including offsite storage, reuse and delivery of excess pavers to a location within the City limits. The project estimated budget includes a contingency amount of $10,000.
