SAP 064-607-047: On CSAH 7 0.25 miles north of junction 66 over Ditch #36 or 5.6 miles southwest of Wabasso in Section 6-110-N R-37-W. Waterbury Township, Redwood County, MN. Minimum wage rates to be paid by the Contractors have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581 and implementing regulations. Read Carefully the Wage Scales and Division a of the Special Provisions as They Affect This/these Project(S) Bids must be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond naming the County of Redwood as obligee, or Certified Check made payable to the Redwood County Auditor/Treasurer in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total bid.
