Demolition, site work, paving and addition to a mixed-use development in Redwood Falls, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the addition of a residential development; for the demolition of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of June 13,2025 , the project was awarded to Schmidt Construction Inc., with an awarded amount of $992,493.50** The work includes the construction of approximately: 1429 LF 6-8 Pipe Sewer EA Castings 20 EA 8-6 WYE 3020 Aggregate Base CL V 820 LF Watermain 6 483 Bituminous Pavement 20 EA 1 Curb Stop & Box 1135 SY Concrete Sidewalk 800 LF 8-15 HDPE Pipe 1551 LF Curb & Gutter 65 LF Drainage Structure, Design 4007C 4 3.5 AC Seeding together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This project is subject to Responsible Contractor Certification. All work under the Contract shall be substantially complete by November 15, 2025. Substantial completion is defined as completion of underground utilities and roadway aggregate base. All work including turf restoration must be complete by August 1, 2026. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby.
