Sealed bids are invited for the Roof Replacement at Hillsville Chemical Storage Building #2, 239 Virginia Street, Hillsville, VA 24343. This Invitation for Bid is generally described as the removal and replacement of the existing roof as shown and detailed on the drawings. The chemical storage dome building is approx. 5,200 SF and operational. Work to be performed in accordance with the drawings and specifications includes, but is not limited to selective demolition, rough carpentry, shingles, EPDM roofing and sheet metal flashing & trim.
