A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Bidder is aware of subcontract requirements to obtain the goal of 5.72% of Disadvantaged Business participation Project No. 3-51-0020-019-2023 Furnishing all labor and materials and performing all work associated with: Taxiway Pavement Rehabilitation & Connector Taxiway Relocation. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, a deposit of cash or by a certified check payable to the Twin County Airport Commission and drawn on a bank or trust company authorized to do business in the State of Virginia, for an amount equal to 5% of the total base bid, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the required Contract will be executed and the required Performance Bond and Payment Bond furnished within ten (10) days after receipt of written notice of formal award of Contract. It is the intent of the Twin County Airport Commission to award the entire project, however, the award of this contract is contingent upon the availability of local and state funds.
