Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: Major components of Project Work scope includes but may not be limited to the following: Kitchen Site: Demolition of existing paving, sidewalks, curbs, utility laterals, etc. Grading, earthwork & trenching for utilities, temporary fence construction & removal. Concrete, A.C. paving & base. Water, sewer, gas, power & communication service to building. Emergency electrical generator for new building. Construct about 4,800 square foot new kitchen & dining pre-engineered metal building with CMU wainscot walls & concrete floor slab & foundations including equipment, finishes, furniture, etc. Trash enclosure & pump house. Fire alarm, fire sprinkler & public address systems. Fire Tank Site: Construct 180,000 gallon on grade welded steel fire tank with level controls & appurtenances including clear & grub site, grading & earthwork. Provide water piping, electrical & communication service between the kitchen site & tank site. Provide gravel access road & chain link fence, gates & related work. License required to bid the project: B. Refer to Document 00 22 00, Supplementary Instructions to Bidders, Subparagraph 2.1.3 regarding performance of work of a Fire Protection specialty contractor license classification C-16. Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price.
