Construction of delegated-design of a 4-bay, pre-engineered steel building (hangar) with lighting and bi-fold doors on a reinforced concrete foundation. The delegated-design of the building shall meet the requirements for TDI Windstorm Certification. The delegated building design, submittals, construction of the foundation and building shall be inspected for TDI Windstorm Compliance by Engineer's Windstorm Certified Inspector as stated in the Construction Contract documents. The Work also includes stripping, imported select fill, electrical service, reinforced concrete paving connected to existing paving and other Work indicated in the Construction Contract Documents.
