Project No. 02205255 The City of Harrisonville is currently accepting bids for the City Park Dam and Spillway Rehabilitation Project. The work under this Contract consists of the following: Clearing and grubbing, excavation, compacted embankment, reinforced concrete spillways, outlet conduits, asphalt streets, rock riprap, grading, miscellaneous drainage features, demolition, and site restoration. Questions regarding this RFP should be directed to: Ted Martin, tmartin@harrisonville.com (816) 380-8900 A Bid Bond or certified check on a reputable bank in the amount equal to five (5%) percent of the total amount of the Bid must accompany each Proposal. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid for a period of ninety (90) days after date of opening of Bids. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any technicalities, irregularities or informalities therein, to determine which is the lowest and best bid to accept and to approve the Bond. Bid may be modified or withdrawn by written request of the bidder received in the office of the Purchasing/Property Controller, prior to the time and date for bid opening
