Award Information: JMT $643,097.00 The City of Reading, Pennsylvania is seeking proposals from qualified Consultant/Construction Manager firms for engineering, project and construction management to include, but is not limited to, construction administration, active inspections and bid assistance for the Pagoda Wall and Stairs for the structural and geotechnical engineering and construction project. All costs incurred by proposing firms are considered by the City to be marketing costs required in order to select a firm to perform this work, and the City will not be reimbursing for any costs incurred.
