The City of Bonita Springs plans to engage qualified contractors in the East Terry Street Visual Barrier Wall Project. Bids may not be accepted from vendors not in attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting. The City reserves the right to formally amend or clarify the requirements of the bid Specifications where it deems necessary. Any such addendum/clarification shall be posted to the City's website (www.cityofbonitasprings.org) prior to the deadline for submission of bids. It is the sole responsibility of the Contractor to check the website for any project addenda. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive defects in the form of bid, re-advertise for bids, also to select the bid that best meets the requirements of the City. Bids will be considered only from firms or individuals that have been in business a minimum of five (5) years and completed similar projects. Bidders shall be properly qualified and as applicable, hold contractor's licenses, certifications and registrations as required by State Statutes and City and County ordinances at the time of submission of the bid, and shall submit pertinent documentation to evidence valid licenses, certifications, and registrations prior to contract award. Contractor must be registered with E-Verify. The City of Bonita Springs is requesting sealed formal bids to Construct a new precast visual barrier wall along the south side of East Terry Street for the City of Bonita Springs. The proposed wall extends from approximately one lot west of Elaine Drive to approximately one lot east of Oliver Drive. The manufacturer and type of wall to be used has been predetermined by the City of Bonita Springs. FINAL COMPLETION (includes final site clean-up): Ninety (90) Days from Notice to Proceed
