The City of Bonita Springs plans to engage A Qualified Contractor in the maintenance and repair of seven (7) City bridges. All bids must be made on the Bid Form furnished by the City. The Bid Form must be properly signed. If you are interested in preparing a response to this RFB, the Contractor shall submit one (1) original and two (2) copies of their bid, including a flash drive, along with all required attachments. Your response is considered a binding offer and shall remain a firm offer for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days from public opening. The contractor(s) will be required to enter into a contract with the City using the Citys forms. The City reserves the right to formally amend or clarify the requirements of the bid Specifications where it deems necessary. Any such addendum/clarification shall be posted to the Citys website electronically prior to the deadline for submission of bids. It is the sole responsibility of the Contractor to check the website for any project addenda. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive defects in the form of bid, re-advertise for bids, also to select the bid that best meets the requirements of the City.
