Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified Vendor to provide the Lee County Library System (Library), a Department of the Lee County Board of County Commissioners (COUNTY), seeks to obtain a proposal for the hardware, software, and support necessary to install and manage a complete Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) based Self-Check and Security System. Then and there to be publicly opened and read aloud for the purpose of selecting a vendor to furnish; all necessary labor, services, materials, equipment, tools, consumables, transportation, skills and incidentals required for Lee County, Florida, in conformance with proposal documents, which include technical specifications and/or a scope of work. The Request for Proposal shall be received in a sealed envelope, prior to the time scheduled to receive proposals, and shall be clearly marked with the solicitation name, solicitation number, proposer name, and contact information as identified in these solicitation documents. It has been determined that the specifications and scope of work within this solicitation are adequate to describe the product or services being requested. A pre-proposal conference and site visit has not been scheduled for this solicitation.
