DESCRIPTION: This Indian Health Services MATOC project consists of the contractor shall provide and install two (2) 8'x 20' connex-style climate-controlled storage units (connex units). Installation shall include connection of temporary utilities (electrical). Also included in the scope is for the contractor to transport, relocate and install five (5) OWS healthcare Units (Government Furnished) to PSHC in Peach Springs, AZ. The installation includes transportation from staging area to the PSHC, securing trailers to the ground, installation and connection of temporary utilities (water, sewer, electrical, and telecommunication), installation of government furnished walkways/decking, ADA accessible ramps, stairs, skirting, , and interior furniture and equipment. The project is Prevailing Wage & has the Buy American requirement. Contractors are required to hold their pricing for 60 days. TERO requirements are also required. The project duration is 120 days.
