Site work and new construction of a residential development in Peach Springs, Arizona. Completed plans call for the construction of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The Tribe invites interested firms to submit written Proposals relating to this project. A Selection Committee of five (5) individuals will evaluate and score Offeror's qualifications and experience with similar projects. The Tribe will select the top-rated Offeror from those submitting Proposals and enter into contract negotiations. The project shall utilize a negotiated Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). Funds are derived from the BIA Housing Improvement Program. The new homes must be ready for occupancy no later than six (6) months after contract's Notice to Proceed is given. QUESTIONS SHALL BE DIRECTED TO: Kevin A. Davidson Planning and Economic Development Director (928) 769-1310 kevin.davidson@hualapai-nsn.gov Written questions regarding this RFP must be received by the Planning Department no later than October 3, 2022. Questions may then be responded to by written amendment to this document. Oral statements or instructions shall not constitute an amendment to the RFP The Tribe reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, or to withhold the award for any reason it may determine, and to waive or not to waive any informalities in any submittal. All information regarding the content of the specific submittals will remain confidential until a contract is finalized or all proposals are rejected.
