The Town of Chino Valley, an Arizona municipal corporation (the "Town"), is seeking a licensed and qualified Contractor to provide all material and labor required as described below. The Contractor shall provide all materials and services necessary to apply a roof coating over the existing roof at the Town of Chino Valley Fleet Maintenance Building in accordance with the scope of work and plans attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference (the Services). The Contractor shall remove the eight (8) existing translucent "skylight" roof panels and replace them with solid roof panels that match the existing roof panel profile. The Contractor shall appropriately tighten all existing roof fasteners and replace any missing fasteners with matching fasteners to ensure all existing and new roof panels are properly secured to the building structure. The Contractor shall power wash, clean, and otherwise prepare the surface of all existing and new roof panels, per the manufacturer's specifications, to receive the coating. The Contractor shall apply a coating that is appropriate for the type of roof substrate, application, and environment. The Contractor shall apply the coating per the manufacturer's specifications to create a weather/rain resistant coating. The Contractor shall apply multiple application coatings, if applicable, pausing between applications per the manufacturer's specifications including for minimum ambient air temperature, humidity, and cure time. The Contractor shall provide a coating with a final cured color of white (preferred), offwhite, light gray, or light tan.
