Construction work, in general, consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services for the reconstruction of the following roadway segments: Base Bid West Road 4 1/2 North between North Re ed Rd and North Road 1 West (3" AC / 6" ABC) Antelope Dr between West Perkinsville Rd and end of cul-de-sac (3" AC / 6" ABC) East Road 2 South between SR-89 and South Road 1 East (4" AC / 9" ABC) Additive Alternate North Road 1 West between West Road 1 North and West Road 2 North (4" AC / 9" ABC) FINAL DATE OF INQUIRIES : Questions during the bidding process shall be directed to Steve Sullivan, Assistant Town Engineer by email at ssullivan@chinoaz.net no later than Friday, April 15, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. BID BOND: All bidders desiring to prepare a responsive bid shall submit a nonrevocable bid security payable to the Town in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price per the contract documents. RIGHT TO REJECT BIDS: The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality in a bid or to withhold the award for any reason the Town determines.
