The project involves the design and construction of a community-level fieldhouse on a 10 acre site east of the Shane Homes YMCA, along Country Hills Boulevard NW. The facility will house a standard FIFA-sized field with associated support spaces. The fieldhouse will be designed to achieve LEED v5 silver certification. TIMELINE: Construction of the athletic park began in the third quarter of 2024. The owner is currently seeking proposals from architectural consultants for the design of the fieldhouse. The project spans the seven phases: pre-design validation, schematic design, design development, contract documentation, procurement services assistance, construction administration, and post construction. Further update may be available mid-2026. *Estimated Contract Value for design services is $3,250,000. The construction budget of the project is currently estimated at $40,000,000 - $45,000,000 including contingency.
