Site work and new construction of a fitness / recreation center in Calgary, Alberta. Design plans call for the construction of a fitness / recreation center.
Construction of a community-level fieldhouse on a 10 acre site east of the Shane Homes YMCA, along Country Hills Boulevard NW. The facility will house a standard FIFA-sized field with associated support spaces. The fieldhouse will be designed to achieve LEED v5 silver certification. TIMELINE: RFP for design services has been awarded. Further update spring 2027. The construction budget of the project is currently estimated at $40,000,000 - $45,000,000 including contingency.
