Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Calgary, Alberta. Design plans call for the construction of a recreation facility.
The project focuses on the design of an athletic complex which includes a fieldhouse and an athletic park. The Rocky Ridge Athletic Complex is adjacent to the Shane Homes YMCA at Rocky Ridge. The Athletic Complex will include an Athletic Park with supporting amenities (washrooms change rooms and parking) and a Fieldhouse at final build out, the Athletic Park work has been initiated with a separate procurement, however the Operating Model developed through this procurement is for the entire Athletic Complex which includes both the Athletic Park and Fieldhouse. TIMELINE: Construction of the athletic park began in the third quarter of 2024. Scope of work and timelines for design and construction of the proposed fieldhouse yet to be determined, pending funding approvals.
