The project is being funded through The Florida Department of Transportation under SCOP agreement 441411-1-54-01, 02. All interested Consultants must be prequalified by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) in the following: Major Work Group includes Type 3.1 Minor Highway Design Minor Work Groups include Type 7.1 Signing, Pavement Marking, and Channelization Type 9.1 Soil Exploration Type 9.2 Geotechnical Classification Laboratory Testing All submittals of qualifications shall be for principal consultant and may include all sub-consultants. The selection process shall meet the requirements of the Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act CCNA Florida Statutes Chapter 287 most recent supplements. Only sealed RFQs received on or before the aforestated time and date will be considered. Vendor must indicate the bid number and description on the outside envelope. Answers to questions received will be posted online with the RFQ documents. Questions must be received at least 7 days prior to bid opening. The Putnam County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities.
