Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Interlachen, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Putnam County Board of County Commissioners is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Milling and Resurfacing of CR 315 from SR 20 TO SR 100. The work shall consist of the milling and resurfacing of the travel lanes and shoulders of CR 315 from SR 20 in Interlachen, to SR 100 in Grandin, in Putnam County, Florida. Other construction activities will include constructing curb cut ramps and curb and gutter type F, installing detectable warning surfaces, sodding, Mid-Block Crossing and signing and pavement marking. Intent to Award Monday, May 20, 2024 The project is funded through the Florida Department of Transportation under Financial Project ID: 441411-1-54-01. Only sealed bids received on or before the aforestated time and date will be considered. Vendor must indicate the bid number and description on the outside envelope. This bid requires that the Prime Contractor must be pre-qualified by the Florida Department of Transportation on Minor Roadway construction. The Prime Contractor and/or Sub-contractor must also be pre-qualified in the following work classes: Signing and Pavement Markings. Question Deadline 05/06/2024 Questions concerning the specifications may also be emailed to Leigh Doran, Procurement Supervisor, at leigh.doran@putnam-fl.gov. Answers to questions received will be posted online with the bid documents. Questions must be received at least 7 days prior to bid opening. Vendor must indicate the bid number and description on the outside envelope. The Putnam County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. Putnam County complies with all federal statutes relating to non-discrimination. Putnam County is an equal opportunity employer.
