The Putnam County Board of County Commissioners is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Milling and Resurfacing of CR 315 from Marion Co Line to CR 310 & Milling and Resurfacing of CR 315 from CR 310 to SR 20. The work shall consist of the milling and resurfacing of the travel lanes of CR 315 from Marion Co Line to CR 310 and the milling and resurfacing of the travel lanes and shoulders of CR 315 from CR 310 to SR 20, in Putnam County, Florida. Other construction activities will include re-constructing Side Roads, sidewalks, replacing existing Guardrails, replacing existing Stop Sign Flashing Beacons at CR 310 and adding new warning flashing beacons at Intersection of CR 315 & CR 310 and installing detectable warnings, ground-in rumble strips, 8 sinusoidal, sodding and signing and pavement marking. This bid requires that the Prime Contractor must be pre-qualified by the Florida Department of Transportation on Minor Roadway construction. The Prime Contractor and/or Sub-contractor must also be pre-qualified in the following work classes: Signing and Pavement Markings.
