Site work for a road / highway in Lyndhurst, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
This project consists of the removal of approximately 59 curb ramps and replacement of said curb ramps to current ADA standards. Bidders must submit one (1) original copy of its Bid in one (1) sealed envelope clearly marked "OLMSTED TOWNSHIP 2021 ADA CURB RAMP PROJECT." Bids will be valid for 90 days after the Bid opening date. Each Bid must contain all Bid Forms, if the Bid is accepted, a Contract will be entered into with the Township in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Form of Contract contained in the Bid Documents. Bid Bonds will be returned when the Contract has been executed by the Successful Bidder, or when any Bid is, or all Bids are rejected. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and waive any non-conformities or irregularities contained therein. This is a federally funded CDBG project, all requirements within the bid document apply. complete the work in its entirety within (FORTHY FIVE) (45) CALENDAR DAYS
