Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Issaquah, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work under this Contract will be performed on a work order basis and consists of construction improvements at King County Transit Facilities. Sites include, but are not limited to, Transit Bases, Bus Zone and Park and Ride lots located within King County. Work includes clearing; excavation; removal and disposal of existing site materials; placing, finishing and curing of unreinforced and reinforced concrete; paving with Portland cement concrete and/or asphalt concrete; construction of reinforced concrete retaining walls; handrailing; landscaping and other miscellaneous site improvements. Not-to-Exceed Contract Price: $2,500,000 Apprenticeship Requirements: 15% minimum Apprentice Utilization Requirement of the total labor hours worked during the contract The Contractor shall ensure that at least 12% of the total price for all executed Work Orders shall be performed by Certified SBE Firms over the life of the Contract
