Question Deadline 5:00 PM; PDT, October 22, 2021 Submit questions by email to Contact Person Dissemination of Answers 10/29/2021 Tentative Award November 2021 Contract Negotiation November-December 2021 The County of Santa Cruz invites sealed proposals for the purpose of obtaining the services of a fully licensed and insured Contractor to furnish all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, et. al., required to provide landscaping services for the Sheriff Coroner and Sheriff Corrections. This includes all aspects of landscaping and irrigation management The Proposer shall complete a proposed schedule of landscaping services and perform on-going weekly landscape and irrigation maintenance for all common grounds on the property as addressed in this RFP. Contractor shall perform maintenance in a timely manner and notify the Sheriff's Office representative by telephone and/or email about any anticipated or actual delays. County reserves the right to do the following at any time reject any and all proposals without indicating any reasons for such rejection, and waive or correct any minor or inadvertent defect, irregularity or technical error in the RFP or any RFP procedure or any subsequent negotiation process Proposals may be modified or withdrawn prior to the date and time specified for submission by an authorized representative of the respondent or by formal written notice. All proposals not withdrawn prior to the response due date will become the property of the County of Santa Cruz. If requested by Purchasing, successful Respondent(s) shall meet with the County representatives prior to the Award of Contract to review the specifications and finalize the initiation of the proposed Contract.
