The Public Works Department of the City of Santa Cruz is soliciting proposals from firms to perform material sampling and testing for the HSIP10: Unsignalized Crossing Improvements Project. The project will improve six (6) pedestrian crossings citywide. The work to be done consists in general of installing concrete curbs, gutters, curb ramps, roadway signs, pedestrian activated beacons, striping and pavement markings. This Request for Qualifications is being made available to entities who are qualified to perform the entire scope of services as described in the RFQ. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
