The Santa Cruz County, Community Development and Infrastructure Department, Public Works Division, Capital Projects Section (Capital Projects) is seeking qualified consulting firms (Consultants) to provide Construction Management Consulting services on an On-Call basis for building and facilities improvement projects. The response to this solicitation will be in the form of a Statement of Qualifications. The performance period of the contract is 3 years with the possibility of 1-year extension for consultants performing satisfactorily. The development and improvements of Santa Cruz County buildings and facilities allow for County departments' services to operate in a safe and productive manner. The Capital Projects team leads many of these improvements which often require Construction Management Consulting services on an "on-call" or "as-needed" basis.
