The project scope of work includes, but is not limited to, existing steam boiler system demolition, demolition and replacement of air handling systems in Buildings E and H, new mechanical rooms in Building E, structural steel modifications in Building E for roof top air handling system support, new overhead door in Building H, and exterior insulated metal panel replacement on the perimeter of Building E. Bids on work of this contract shall be subject to the provisions of the "Illinois Prevailing Wage Act" (Illinois Revised Statutes, Chapter 48, Paragraph 39s - 1-12). The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to accept or reject any bids when in the opinion of the Owner, such action will serve the best interest of the Owner.
