Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Mint Hill, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
As of August 16, 2022, this project has been awarded. The existence of sub-contractor opportunities is not known at this time. Single-prime lump sum bids will be taken for construction as indicated in the bidding documents. Proposals must be made on standard forms furnished by the Town. The project is located at 8850 Fairview Road, Mint Hill, NC 28227 This will be a lump sum single prime formal bidding process, pursuant to NCGS 143-131, as the anticipated cost of this work is greater than $500,000. The laws of North Carolina and applicable regulations of various Licensing Boards and M/W/SBE provisions will be observed in receiving bids and awarding contracts. Questions Due Email by 5:00 PM July 22, 2022- Contractors may submit questions directly to Gary Wirth, PLA via email at gwirth@wirthassociates.com. Questions must be received in writing The Town of Mint Hill reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities or technicalities, as it may deem to be in its best interest. A. Provide labor, materials equipment and services to complete the Site Furnishings work, as indicated on the drawings, as specified herein or both. B. Including, but not necessarily limited to the following: 1. Team Benches (4 total) 2. Combination Soccer/Football Goal Posts (2) 3. Soccer Goals (2) Note: Quantities shown above are for convenience only. Contractor is responsible for all furnishings shown on the drawings and as specified herein
