**As of April 6, 2022 This project is already awarded to RMI Cement, LLC awarded amount $122,386.01. The Project and Work for the Project consists of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for construction of the project identified as Basilica of St. John the Baptist (McKinley Ave. N.) Streetscape Project, GP 1359 Project (the Project), all in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by the Engineer and/or Owner. This Project includes Sidewalk, Streetscape, Electrical, Foundation, Driveway Approach, etc. The total estimated construction cost for the Base Bid Work for the Project for which bids are being solicited at this time is $192,347.00. All questions should be submitted in writing at least five (5) business days prior to the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to issue Addenda changing, altering, or supplementing the Contract Documents prior to the time set for receiving bids. The Owner will issue the Addenda to clarify bidders questions and/or to change, alter, or supplement the Contract Documents. The Owner reserves the right to waive any and all irregularities provided that the defects and irregularities do not affect the amount of the bid in any material respect or otherwise give the Bidder a competitive advantage.
