Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kansas City, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The work may include, but is not limited to, the following: Safety, Quality, Concrete Flatwork KCSC desires that Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) have a maximum opportunity to participate in the performance of City contracts. The project has an overall DBE participation goal, and only firms that have been certified by the Missouri Regional Certification Committee (MRCC) and perform a Commercially Useful Function (CUF) are eligible to satisfy the DBE goal. The work included herein will be performed beginning in January 2022 and continue into mid 2024. Any requests for clarifications, modifications, RFI's or corrections in the RFQ documents shall be submitted on form I16 and sent by email to KCSC Document Control at dockcsc@kcscjv.com. Last Day for RFIs October 11, 2021 Bidders are required to provide Payment, Performance, and Maintenance Bonds equal to 100% of the contract value upon execution of a finalized agreement for construction of scopes of work outlined in this document. The project value listed reflects the total project estimate.
