WORK: The Work comprises installation of NEW FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM with structural blocking, hangars, branch main lines, sprinkler heads, hardware, etc. in area identified as Social Services Wing, and appurtenant materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the plans, specifications and contract documents, at DAP Health, 1695 N. Sunrise Way, Palm Springs, California 92262. The work at the project site must be during DAP's Business Operation hours. PRE-BID WALK-THROUGH: A pre-bid walk-through was held on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, at 11:00 am at DAP Health, 1695 N. Sunrise Way, Palm Springs, California 92262. ATTENDING THE WALK-THROUGH IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Pre-bid walk-through sign-in sheet will be used to record qualified bidders.
