Site work for a civil project in Douglasville, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

IFB# 250 The City of Scottsdale is requesting statements of qualifications (SOQ) from qualified landscape architecture firms (teams) to provide design phase services for a new neighborhood dog park to be located near the intersection of Hayden Road and Thompson Peak Parkway in Scottsdale. The work to be performed in the BASE BID shall include the rehabilitation of the Beulah Tank, a 500,000 gallon elevated storage tank, including replacing the interior coatings, overcoating the exterior coatings, and miscellaneous repairs. The work included in the SUPPLEMENTAL BID includes miscellaneous piping modifications to the Tank's drain and overflow piping. The Beulah Tank is located at the intersection of South Burnt Hickory Road and Veteran's Memorial Highway. Special Conditions and Appendices contain more detailed information on the Project scope. Questions must be received by 2:00 p.m., October 29, 2021. Responses to questions will be posted to the City's website, at the address above, by close of business, November 3, 2021. Verbal inquiries, in person or by telephone, will not be answered. All bids must be accompanied by adequate bid security (certified check, bid bond, or irrevocable letter of credit) drawn in favor of the Authority and in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price, which shall be subject to forfeiture as liquidated damages in the event that the bid be accepted and the bidder fail to promptly enter into the proposed contract for performance of the Project with the Authority. The Authority reserves the right to award only the BASE BID or the BASE BID and SUPPLEMENTAL BID together, whichever the Authority, in its sole discretion, determines to be the most advantageous to the Authority. Bids will be compared either on the basis of the BASE BID amount or the TOTAL LUMP SUM BID amount, which shall be the BASE BID amount plus the SUPPLEMENTAL BID amount, as set forth on each properly received bid evaluation sheet and bidder's certification of bid, which shall be the same bid amounts. In the event that there is a discrepancy between the bid amounts written in numbers and words, the bid amounts written in words shall govern. In the event that there is a discrepancy between the bid amounts set forth on the bid evaluation sheet and the bidder's certification of bid, the bid amounts shown on the bid evaluation sheet shall govern. The Authority reserves the right to reject all bids or any bid that is nonresponsive or submitted by a nonresponsible bidder. The Authority further reserves the right to waive technicalities and informalities in the Invitation for Bids and bids submitted. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
