The Douglasville-Douglas County Water & Sewer Authority (thereafter referred to as the "Authority") is soliciting competitive sealed bids from vendors for pipe fittings; concrete valves and manhole products; cast valves and meter boxes; plastic boxes, accessory kits, sewer couplings and fittings used for water and sewer maintenance for one calendar year from December 20, 2023 through December 19, 2024. Award may be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder on a line-item basis; however, the Authority reserves the right to reject all bids or any bid that is nonresponsive or submitted by a non-responsible bidder. The Authority further reserves the right to waive technicalities and informalities in the Invitation for Bids and bids submitted. No bid, performance, or payment bonds are required with this bid.
