Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Greenville, Georgia. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

As of January 13, 2022. The bids were cancelled and planning to do rebidding but no specific time frame has been determined at this time. Meriwether County Government owns numerous buildings in and around the City of Greenville that from time to time have a need for roof replacements. The purpose of this solicitation is to repair or provide a new roof for the Historic Meriwether County Courthouse building located at 100 Court Square in Greenville. Repair the existing roof and provide a fifteen-year warranty. Furnish and install a new roof consisting of like materials or the materials of the roof on the Government Annex building located across the street due north of the Courthouse. All work to be performed without interrupting the daily operations of the Courthouse staff or disruption to the traffic flow around the Courthouse. Please be advised that the initial evaluation of any bid will be based upon the content of the bidder's proposal in accordance with the evaluation criteria listed below. Organized, succinct, and straightforward submissions are appreciated. The following items should be addressed in your bid. 3. Provide evidence of insurance with a minimum of $ 1,000,000 liability. Meriwether County reserves the right to award to the firm(s) that demonstrates the best value with all factors above being considered including price and technical expertise and to the firm that proves, along with price, to be a responsive and responsible bidder.
