Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Greenville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 111,059-square-foot laboratory facility; for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Project No: #23102, 2347, M23079 The project consists of the Greenville Middle/High Gnet Lab Modification. The work includes interior demolition, new concrete, masonry, doors, frames and hardware, painting, acoustical ceilings, millwork, plumbing, mechanical and electrical. Bids will be received for the Greenville Middle/High School G-Net Lab Modifications AND the Manchester High School Fence at the same time on the same date. The Owner may elect to award a contract, if a contract is awarded, based on the individual base bids or based on the combined based bid. The contract may be awarded to a single contractor or multiple firms. Bids must be submitted on the proper Bid Forms (include all required attachments). Bids received after the designated times and/or without the required attachments will not be considered. No oral, telephonic, telegraphic, facsimile, or written modification to the Bid will be considered after bid time. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after time and date of opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities.
